GENERAL:

Communication is Key! Please let me know what details you want me to have in mind when working on the piece. (´꒳`) ❤
Visual references are greatly appreciated! Please prepare references for your character/s when you are about to commission me.
Characters will be illustrated in my style. Please refrain from requesting me to mimic another artist's style.
Please note that my style may be subjected to minor changes as I continuously grow as an artist.
You may post your commission as long as you do not claim nor alter the artwork as your own. Please give proper credit to me when posting it on social media platforms. (e.g. "Commissioned Art by dinxieyinxie")

Disclaimers:

I reserve the right to decline a commission over any reason I deem valid.
I reserve the rights over all commissioned pieces. This means I can use it for my portfolio or social media content.
Unless stated by the client that it is for commercial work in the beginning of inquiry, commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. You are prohibited to use the commissioned artwork/s for commercial purposes. (i.e. selling it as prints or merchandise, or resell the digital commission.)
You may NOT reproduce, modify, or trace the commissioned artwork/s in any form.
You may NOT use/sell the commissioned artwork/s as NFTs (Non-fungible tokens).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork/s to input in AI generators.

PAYMENT:

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: PAYPAL
PH CLIENTS: GCASH, PAYMAYA, BANK TRANSFER
USD, EURO, and PHP currencies only. USD and EURO have the same rates.
It is a FIRST PAID, FIRST SERVED basis. Depending on how many slots I opened, payment secures your slot and will be placed in a queue. I will let you know where you are in the line.
Payment is required before I start on the piece. Either pay in full upfront or pay a 50% downpayment then the rest before I email the final piece.
This only applies to Paypal transfers but please note that if you choose the 50-50 option, I will be requesting you to pay the second half via Friends and Family. This is so I could still keep a somewhat accurate percentage of the payment while still ethically paying initial fees. QwQ
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS!
I will send an invoice to the provided email. You are required to send a screenshot of the transaction as proof of payment. This will confirm the commission as official.

MY WORK PROCESS:

STAGES	PROCEDURE
ROUGH DRAFT	Creating a rough visual of the commission. May give 2-3 concepts if necessary.
POLISHED SKETCH	Cleaning up the rough draft and giving it structure.
LINEART	B&W linework and giving it weight.
COLORING	Laying down the base colors and gradients or values. Sometimes I include working on the ambience here.
RENDERING	~~Torturous~~ Longest part of the process. Creating depth to the commission, refining features, paint-over, adjusting colors, etc. The whole shebang.
FINISHING TOUCHES	Adding highlights, extra details, and putting down the lighting. Simple backgrounds are worked in here too.
FINAL PRODUCT	After letting it simmer for a few days, I check it one last time before sending it to you.

other notes:

Rush commissions are NOT ALLOWED.
Maximum of 2 revisions. Additional fees will be charged if it exceeds the maximum limit. Revisions can be done until Coloring Stage only. Minor changes are allowed like tweaking a color or removal of a detail.
Turnaround time can range from 3 weeks to 2 months. Depending on your slot, expect additional time. I'll make sure to keep you updated should there be a delay due to various factors such as complexity of the piece, sudden events, or personal issues out of my control.
Final artwork will be a PNG file and to be emailed via Gdrive link.
